Shipping Policy

We work with trusted national courier and logistics companies to ensure seamless and timely deliveries to your doorstep. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours during normal working days, but please note that shipping services are not operational on Sundays, or holidays. 
Delivery of your goods should take approximately 4-6 working days. 
While we and our partners make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee it, as there are various stakeholders and external factors that may affect shipping times, which are beyond our control. 

We offer free shipping on orders above INR 399. 
For orders below INR 399, we charge INR 49 on prepaid orders and INR 60 on COD orders. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order at the time of checkout, and you'll be able to see these charges before placing your order. 

Upon delivery, the recipient must sign for the goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods signed for by any alternative person. 
We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur after delivery. If you have any claims for shortages, incorrect products, or damages, please report them to our customer service team via email at care@smiledaylee.com on the same day as delivery. Please note that we follow a no returns and no refunds policy once your order has been shipped.
